Merchant Acquisition - Paranaque

Core Function:

Responsible for establishing and managing the merchant acquisition business in an assigned area
Will develop and monitor business contribution of handled merchant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Acquiring various offline/online merchants include reaching out to them, understanding their needs and finding a place for them in our industry where we can have a win-win solution among merchants, customers, and the company
Identifying and evaluating the mot effective merchant acquisition approach and turn them into long term partnership
Developing and maintaining the merchant acquisition target list
Communicating with merchant to build a strong relationship
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation

Job Qualifications:

At least a Vocational graduate/College graduate
willing to travel around and outside Paranaque Area
can work Mondays - Saturdays
able to develop strong relationships with the merchant partners
highly motivated and target-driven
good communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-oriented
Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
Familiar with e-commerce, fintech, and digital industry
At least 1 year experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or related field is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php15,000-16,000 per month
