Merchandising Manager

**MERCHANDISING MANAGER**

He/She will implement Policies and Procedures in Planning, Monitoring, and Reporting Merchandise Performance in order to achieve Sales/Gross Margin, and Inventory Objective of the Company.
Oversee daily operations of the Department by ensuring the following:

- Ensure that the sales and gross margin objective of the company are protected by preparing/recommending pricing, markdowns, etc.
- Coordinates with Marketing on the additional Promotional Activities for the disposal of slow-moving/non-moving merchandise, resulting on sales volume without compromising the brand/image of the Company.
- Major Responsibilities:

- Ensure availability of salable sizes per style especially the Core items in every retail store at any given time.
- Enhancement of online product knowledge assortment sheet.
- Ensure that monthly allocation plan of all stores are being met.
- Have an improved sell-through every season and healthy inventory and maintained newness in the store on a monthly basis.
Job Specification:

- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- at least 5 years worked related experience in retail industry.
- With working knowledge of the functional areas of a retail business.
- Having background in market research, product development and statistical analysis is an advantage.
- Familiar with Inventory, Warehousing, and Production Systems.
- Possess strong organizational and Analytical Skills.
- Strong Communication ability (oral and written)
- Amenable to work in San Pedro Laguna.
- Can Start immediately

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- San Pedro, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
