Purpose of the role Main role is to work on a specified Business Unit / Category / Categories to execute the growth and monitor network implementation. This is a fixed-term contractor position within 3-6 months duration.
Leads the execution of all activities pertaining to category plans - product changes, visibility plans, and merchClosely work with cross functional teams – Customer Strategy & Planning (CS&P), Brand Marketing, and Market Collaboration & Planning (MCP) teams to ensure that the category growth initiatives are landed on timeReports the execution of national activities to CS&PDeliverables: 100% OTIF delivery of project (Artwork, Prototype, Proofing, Delivery of finished product)100% On time supplier billing11% Savings delivery (part of current IW target) / alignment to rate card cost0 Aging (over 90 days) materials delivered in POSM warehouseSkills, knowledge, experience and exposure Bachelor's Degree1 to 2 years in category managementGrowth mindset & passion for high performanceEvidence in Strategic / Critical ThinkingExcellent in project management with attention to detailsCustomer Business Development / Sales experience is a plusHigh Influencing SkillsMinor automation skills (i.e. Macros / Power BI) is a plusMindset to navigate the role Ability to help grow the client business by ensuring quality and timely planning and execution of projects and proposals brought about by partnering and influencing suppliers, partners and stakeholders towards the same goal.Temperament for the role Ability to lead, plan and execute projects on time.A team player who can work with different types of people and drive agenda forward.Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality output on time.Role Requirements You will be expected to spend significant amount of time on client interactions, with preference to have them face to face at least 3 times a week.You will be expected to perform in a flexible environment but ensuring delivery.
