Mepfs Engineer - Office Base

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related course
At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
with hands-on knowledge of, and experience with bid documentation, procedures, quantity take-off, and price estimate
Proficiency in Plan Swift and AutoCAD software is required, along with strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with local suppliers
Background in High-rise projects
Willing to be assigned in Gil Puyat, Pasay City
