Mepfs Engineer - Mechanical - Davao City Project

POSITION SUMMARY TO SUPERVISE MEPFS ACTIVITIES IN BUILDINGS DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONSInspect daily execution of MEPFS if correctly done based on plan and specs.Reviews MEPFS plans and specs giving emphasis on pipe clashing and conflicts with other structuresConducts testing of MEPFS and documents resultsPrepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping systemAnalyze mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutionsAbility to interpret work from blueprints, sketches, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operation interpretationsPrepare and deliver effective presentations whenever requiredPerform other tasks that may be assigned COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED Hardworking and Willing to learnExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to work under pressureWith strong leadership skills, assertive, resourceful and a team playerComputer literate (MS OFFICE)Demonstrates ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.Write clear and concise reports and technical descriptions. QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT BSME WORK EXPERIENCE At least 3 years experience as a MEPFS Engineer in a construction company. LICENCES OR CERTIFICATES PREFERRED LICENSED MECHANICAL ENGINEER Must be willing to be assigned in the Davao City, Davao Del Sur Project.
