Mepfs Engineer - Cebu

The MEPFS Engineer ensures the quality and compliance of materials and workmanship related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) installations of the project. He/She requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Job Description Assist in the implementation of Construction Management activities Prepares and store project status and accomplishment reports. Coordinates and Monitor all contractors involved in the project as Owner Representative. Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between MEPFS contractors during construction. Validate design issues related to MEPFS and suggest alternative solutions. Assist in the receipt and review of MEPFS submittals. Log and post all MEPFS changes and as-built information on field drawings. Prepares cost estimate for budgetary purposes Assist in the scoping review and justification of MEPFS change work order. Assist in the installation of MEPFS work. Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEPFS contractor.Assist in development and improvement of policies and procedures Qualifications: Graduate of BS Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is a plusWith at least 2-years work related construction experience Preferably experienced in Midrise Constructions is an advantageWilling to be assigned in Cebu City
