Mep Department Deputy Manager - Makati - Licensed Electrical Engr

WORK LOCATION: Makati City | Must be residing in Metro Manila or nearby provinces
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
SALARY RANGE: ?70,000 - ?80,000 | Depending on experience/s

- Must be able to attend client meetings in Metro Manila and outside Metro Manila depending on the project site
- Electrical Engineering Graduate
- Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer
- With at least 10 years of progressive work experience
- With at least 5 years of work experience in Design / Consulting Firm
- With 3-5 years of work experience as a Lead Engineer in MEP or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design / Services Coordination related works in a Construction Firm
- Must have a background coming from DESIGN FIRMS, like Arcadis, Meinhardt, Red Engineering Design, etc.
- Candidates must have Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire (MEPF) background (Design or Project Supervison)
- Experience in Industrial and Infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Ability to use Revit is a key advantage
- With well-developed working knowledge of MEP or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services and Systems design
- With working knowledge of various international and local Electrical and Building Codes and Standards
- Must have developed working knowledge of the use and application of various design software packages with particular knowledge of environmental / sustainable design methods
- Must be proficient in English communication to an international level
