Job Description ProvideMEPcost management and control from inception, through design, pre-construction, procurement, construction to final account. Carry out cost management and quantity takeoffduties with reasonable supervision and guidance. To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner Provide Cost plan and budget preparationincluding estimate, comparative design studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period. To ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed; validate the monthly payment claims and prepare payment recommendation for MEP related works/packages. To run the procurement process from all stages in pre-qualification such as quotation enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation Provide Documentation including Tender Document, Tender Report, Pre-contract correspondence, LOA and contract documents. To monitor and verifying VO, Claims, Payment, Final Account and attending project meetings Provide CM role pro-actively and professionally and interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages. Qualifications Prior CSA / MEP cost management experience is essential withminimum 5 - 10 years' experience in related fields Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cost Management or related technical field Experience from consultancy background, well versed with CSA / MEP work experience is preferred. Excellent client relationship skills Excellent verbal and written business communication skills, experience in preparing client cost reports Experience in Office fit-out / Hi-tech Manufacturing / Data Center Experience with a good understanding of the entire MEP system Experience in all aspects of cost management Excellence in English communication skills Good team players.
