Member Service Assistants - Davao Del Norte (Tagum)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Must have at least 1-2 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Financial Services or its equivalent
• Must be highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Must be willing to do field work as needed
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Must be willing to work onsite in Tagum, Davao del Norte

Job Summary:
• Drive sales and marketing efforts for PSSLAI by promoting products and services to public safety sector members (e.g., PNP, BFP) in the assigned region, including lead generation, deal closure, and organizing marketing campaigns.
• Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries, ensuring they are informed about PSSLAI's offerings while building positive relationships to achieve targets for loan growth and membership expansion.
