Medical Technologist

? Performs routine and stat procedures of the available tests/assay on the assigned section of the laboratory.
? Helps maintain quality control of the reagents and equipment within the section guided by the company's Quality Control Assurance Program
? Helps maintain and update inventory control of all laboratory equipment, on use supplies and reagents in the assigned section
? Supervises the assigned personnel on proper handling and disposal of biohazard waste material coming from the assigned section
? Access on the use of LIS on the following: scope of all laboratory tests and other data relative to all tests, Worksheets, Quality Controls, Result Entries, Releasing & Printing of Results
? Use of Bio-Elab chemistry hematology and coagulation machines
? Monitoring of records to ensure compliance with the system
? Performs preventive maintenance of the equipment with proper documentation and maintain orderliness and safety on the assigned working area by following the guidelines under the Standard Operating Procedure manual
? Perform other duties that may be assigned by higher authority

Skills and Qualifications:
? Graduate of Medical Technology
