DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Promotion:
Promote and sell medical products or equipment to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Keep up-to-date with product developments and the competitive landscape in the medical field.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering after-sales support.
Identify new sales opportunities and create strategies for expanding the customer base.
Offer tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
Market and Industry Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and new medical technologies.
Monitor competitors' products and activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to understand their needs and preferences.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and product usage.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Update customer databases and CRM systems with relevant information.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and ensure product success.
Attend company meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay current with industry advancements.
Compliance and Ethics:
