Medical Sales Head

Job Description Leads and manages the entire territory.Overall responsible for the territory sales revenue.Prepares strategic sales plan and marketing plan for the territory.Responsible for the territory budget and expenses every year.Researches and develops sales opportunities and generates new leads.Sets individual sales targets with the sales team.Oversees the activities and performance of the team and initiates improvements.Formulates sales stream and implements action plan.Attends association conventions, trade fairs, and exhibits.Participates in government biddings.Conducts sales training, continuous coaching, and motivates sales team.Negotiates and closes contract agreements with potential clients/customers.Builds professional relationships with clients/customers as well as principals.Performs other job-related duties that may be expected of the role that are not indicated herein.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any 4-year business course or allied medical course (not preferred).At least 5 years of work sales experience leading and supervising a team.Preferably with sales experience in medical device/equipment, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.Good selling and presentation skills.The ability to follow client specifications.The ability to identify market trends and make decisions.
