Medical Sales Head

Job Description:

1. Leads and manages the entire territory.

2. Over-all responsible for the territory sales revenue.

3. Prepares strategic sales plan, and marketing plan for the territory

4. Responsible for the territory budget and expense every year.

5. Researches and develops sales opportunities and generate new leads.

6. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

7. Overseeing the activities and performance of the team and initiate improvements.

8. Formulate sales stream and implement action plan.

9. Attend association conventions, trade fair, and exhibits.

10. Participate in government biddings.

11. Conduct sales training, continuous coaching and motivate sales team.

12. Negotiate and close contract agreements with potential client/customer

13. Build professional relationship with client/customer as well as principals.

14. Perform other job related duties that may be expected to the role that are not indicated herein

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree graduate of any 4 year business course, allied medical course but not preferred.

2. Has at least 5 years work sales experience leading and supervising a team.

3. Preferably with sales experience working in medical device/equipment, pharmaceutical, healthcare

industries.

4. Good selling and presentation skills.

5. The ability to follow client specifications.

6. The ability to identify market trends and make decision.
