JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Nursing or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Pharma sales is required for this position.
• Experience in handling Ophtha or any products is a plus
• Good communication skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that sales targets are achieved through effective and efficient promotion of ethical products to physicians of target specialties.
• Partnering with the customers by providing value added services.
• Plan, organize and execute product presentation to physicians and pharmacists regarding the therapeutic use of the product, mode of action, features and benefits;
The Professional Medical Representative (PMR) is responsible in handling sales operations in a given area. He/she shall be responsible for maintaining and expanding current accounts, building new accounts, developing strong customer relationships, and meeting quotas for a variety of products. He/she shall be an active listener plus have the skills and knowledge to answer any Healthcare Practitioner's (HCP) question about the relevant therapeutic area. Understands the evolving role of digital media, adapts to the needs, and engages with HCPs through digital activities.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Achieve targeted sales for the assigned territory.
• Maintain & expand the sales of products and convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.
• Perform the Basic Call Procedures and Parameters as per company norms and standards.
• In this role, the PMR is required to understand and demonstrate the proper use of products to customers.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales operations protocol.
