The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling dermatology products to healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, general practitioners, and pharmacists, while achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote and sell derma products.Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of derma products, their benefits, and competitive positioning.Presentations & Training: Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals about product features and benefits.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries, resolving issues, and offering product support.Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and execution.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or dermatology industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and closing abilities, self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, and is proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge: Solid understanding of dermatology products and the derma industry.Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, ability to work independently and as part of a team, high level of integrity and professionalism, willingness to travel as required.Valid driver's license.Job Type: Full-time
