Job DescriptionDescriptionParticipates in the development of sales strategies.Research on competition, local and international.Establish and promote strong brand awareness and positioning in the Philippine ASC and Multi Speciality Clinic Market.Maintains professionalism and business ethics in carrying out all sales activities, ensuring methods align with the Company's brand and image.Plans, organizes, and implements participation in fairs and trade shows, researching and recommending local and international promotional opportunities.Ensures all sales materials and presentations are in order.Attends meetings, conferences, exhibits, and events relevant to the industry for networking.Responds to sales inquiries, entertains potential clients, and assists with concerns and questions of new clients.Generates sales from targeted customers within the assigned area, meeting monthly and annual quotas.Coordinates and communicates with other departments to achieve the objectives of the company.Other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.No work experience required.Preferably less than 1 year of experience specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.Must show eagerness and desire to be in sales.Must live in or near, or be willing to relocate to assigned territory or account(s).Must be coachable.Must possess problem-solving skills and conflict management abilities.Must be a proven team player.Must be personable/likeable.Must present a professional appearance.Compensation and BenefitsBonuses, allowances, and a laptop will be provided to those who are chosen.
