Job Summary:This role will be responsible for promoting and selling medical devices (Operating Room Table and Surgical Retractors) in the healthcare industry. Responsible for building rapport, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions. He/she will report to the Sales Supervisor of Capital Equipment Division and will be assigned to Metro Manila, Bulacan, Pampanga, Cavite, Laguna and Batangas territories.
Job Description: Cold call and visit prospects at various hospitals in their given territories.Manage all leads and customers within their defined territories.Build good relationships with different key stakeholders (i.e., Administration, Purchasing, Bid and Awards Committee, Technical Working Group, etc.) at assigned hospitals.Promote and educate customers on the benefits and advantages of their assigned products.Arrange scheduling and proper permits, if needed, for the Product Manager and Clinical Application Specialist to conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and other marketing activities (including providing assistance to the Product Manager and Clinical Application Specialist if necessary, including OR internships).Help the company maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products.Be accountable for the territory's Account Receivables.Actively monitor and participate in bidding/tender opportunities in their territories.Serve as the main communication center between the company and hospital customers.Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.Attend and update their sales and technical knowledge during Principals' training.Assist the Supervisor in closing sales by providing all relevant data, especially regarding customers' profiles, buying habits, procurement processes, and budget allocations.Minimum Qualifications: Education: University/College Degree Holder in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience: Fresh graduates with proven records of strong drive to succeed and self-development, as well as experienced salespeople from other industries, are welcome to apply.At least some experience handling Rheumatology, Orthopedics, and Rehabilitation.Key Competencies: Ability to establish high-quality consultative relationships with leading medical specialists such as Orthopedic Doctors, Surgeons, and Operating Room Nurses.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members to improve sales.Ability to meet performance goals and develop new opportunities using innovative strategies.Self-motivated, able to work independently, passionate about the industry, with excellent presentation and communication skills.Good communication skills in Filipino and English, both written and spoken.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
