JOB PURPOSE Provider Accreditation and Relations is responsible for negotiating contracts with healthcare providers, facilitating provider credentialing, and supporting, developing, and maintaining service relationships with physicians, healthcare facilities administrators and staff, dental providers, clients, and concerned Insular Health Care departments.
JOB DESCRIPTION Nationwide accreditation of healthcare providers Accreditation of hospitals, clinics, doctors, wellness lecturers, and dental providers nationwide. Renewal of existing accredited healthcare providers nationwide. Provider credentialing. Invites doctors to conduct Wellness Lectures nationwide. Orientation of healthcare providers Orientation materials and company car request. Schedule and attendees of the orientation. Conducting orientation and answering inquiries. Providers' Database Encode and tag providers in the database. Oversees Providers' Relations Assistant (PRA) activities Ensure accuracy of PRA's performance of duties and responsibilities. Oversee PRA's dental process of payment. Give directives to issues raised by PRA in the performance of her tasks. Prepares reports related to accreditation. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or any medical course. Experience: Managerial experience with related professional and corporate clinical experience. Experience in insurance/HMO and value-adding services preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated experience in operations and project management. Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, budget management, and negotiation skills. No-box thinker, creative/non-traditional. Knowledge of medical terminologies and conditions with the ability to relate cases, Utilization Management, Relationship Management, Customer Service. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.
