QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of BS Nursing or any medical-related courseFresh graduates are welcome if they are graduates of BS Nursing, RN, Rad Tech, or Med TechWith 1-3 years of experience as Sales Manager/Key Accounts Manager promoting medical laboratory equipment to Government and Private Hospitals.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation and leadership skillsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement business and development plans that specify strategies and work plans for creating new business opportunities.Analyze business needs and determine new opportunities in new and existing variance clients.Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.Forecast short and long-term market potential and provide strategic suggestions based on the needs and demands of the Variance clientele.Gather data and information on hospital bed capacity, competitors, existing products, key opinion leaders, and hospital needs and requirements.Implement strategies for new products and services including target revenue streams.Develop monthly programs that will promote the product portfolio of Variance.Study different marketing trends in various hospitals based on current activities in the local and foreign markets and make recommendations based on these observations.Generate new leads by building networks and proactively hunting for target principals, organizations, and businesses that can benefit from partnerships.Create programs that will introduce new sub-dealers to assist in selling Variance's product portfolio.Oversee the business activities of our valued sub-dealers to monitor their sales and activities.Create and implement new business models that generate new ventures.Prepare and present business proposals to potential customers and negotiate and review them.
