Duties and Responsibilities Directing and organizing administration, education, and medical service provision Developing, implementing, and evaluating medical services and policies Preparing annual reports by summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of the organization Ensuring medical service and equipment needs are articulated to the right departments or individuals Implementing change management plans to engage and support Physicians and staff members Implementing procedures that look to advance technology and data use Monitoring and assessing program resource needs by working with other medical leaders Leading activities and programs with Physicians and other healthcare staff to improve service delivery Job Type: Full-time
