Responsibilities
• Review medical claims to ensure company reimbursement payments are accurate• Reprice claims according to hospital payment schedules and Medicare reimbursements• Maintain updated records and prepare required documentation for insurance claims• Resolve insurance claim issues and answer questions from customers and hospitals• Provide solutions to other problems related to medical claims
Requirements
• Filipino• At least 2 years of US health insurance claims processing experience in the BPO industry• Amenable to work on night shift• Has fiber or wired internet connection at home• Salary package: P25,000 to P35,000 with completion bonus
