Medical Biller

We are looking for a skilled Medical Biller to manage our medical billing operations. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the medical billing process from start to finish and possess at least 2 years of experience with EMR Practice Suite.

Key Responsibilities: Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies.Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.Review and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.Post payments and adjustments accurately.Handle patient billing inquiries and disputes.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR Practice Suite.Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to optimize billing processes.Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Requirements: Proven experience as a Medical Biller for at least 3 years.Proficiency in using EMR Practice Suite.Thorough understanding of the medical billing process, including coding, claims submission, and payment posting.Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines, including Medicare and Medicaid.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical billing or coding is a plus.
