Job Responsibilities Maintenance Conduct maintenance work on all mechanical plant equipment; Conduct running inspection on all equipment; Execute assigned work orders; Troubleshoots pneumatics and hydraulic equipment; Overhauls various mechanical equipment; Perform welding and machining works; Operate mobile equipment in order to ensure equipment reliability and availability. Perform required housekeeping after each maintenance work.
Supplies Requisition Recommend/suggest materials and supplies needed; Handles withdrawal and safekeeping of spare parts in order to ensure availability of parts required
Department Support As part of multi skill practices, perform as a mechanic, welder, machinist and conduct other related mechanical works; Oversee completion of all mechanical activities when assigned in shift in order to ensure timely completion of required activities and provide support to other departments
Coordination Provide feedback and recommend any alterations, revisions or modifications of component specifications; Ensure proper turnover of completed jobs; Assist in testing of completed works; Supervise mechanical works conducted by contractors during shutdown in order to eliminate repetitive equipment failures, ensure proper transition of work and monitor work completion
Environment Health & Safety Comply to corporate policies on environmental, health and safety in order to conform with government mandated policies; maintain accident-free operation and achieve plant safety objectives
Job Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Maintenance Repair, Welding, Fabrication Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent
