Responsibilities: Supervision of Technicians and Facilities 3rd party personnel at all times. Establish training and development programs for technicians and 3rd party personnel. Establish work procedures that are inherent to the operation of Facilities and Utilities/Electrical. Monitor and evaluate the performance of personnel in operation, maintenance, and repair abilities. Ensure correct application of operational procedures, monitoring, and controls. Troubleshoot and conduct breakdown analysis of Facilities and Utilities equipment. Ensure that all Facilities and Utilities are operated in a safe manner and conform to legal and environmental regulations. Initiate improvement and energy-saving concepts for the Facilities and Utilities Section. Ensure that all expenditures are controlled within the allowed budget. Prepare reports on energy utilization and consumption, daily checking of log sheets, and logbooks, create needed PR gate passes, technical budgets, investments, and proposals for Facilities and Utilities Section. Ensure a high availability of the production lines through leadership and execution of improvement projects, troubleshooting and breakdown analysis of Production Equipment, Factory Automation, Electrical Systems, and Instruments. Supervise the Shift Electrician on Facilities, Plant Utilities, and Production Equipment at all times. Work in close coordination with the Production Department regarding production requirements for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation issues. Implement maintenance and inspection plans to ensure reliability, sustainability, and security of the Electrical and Automation Systems. Execute the maintenance of the Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation Systems in accordance with the PMCI Maintenance Strategy with a disciplined approach to proactively maintain/improve the fixed assets as part of the asset lifecycle management. Act as Line Supervisor with the capability to repair and troubleshoot equipment during line breakdowns/stoppages. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
