Our team is currently seeking a Mechanical Revit Modeller to join the team as a remote Work Share employee, following several significant project wins.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Delivering integrated project deliverables in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables Coordinating the model with Building Services, Architecture, and other disciplines Coordination and collaboration utilizing the Federated Model in platforms such as Autodesk Navisworks, BIM360 Model Coordination, Bluebeam, and BIM Track Collaboration and liaison with other engineering teams and groups to ensure all modelling elements are considered Preparing engineering drawings from engineer's mark-ups and sketches Working with limited direct supervision in regard to drafting tasks, undertaking all QA activities to self-check deliverables Managing time spent on drawing production as set out by the Project Manager, MEP Team Leader, and/or BIM MEP Coordinator Developing a sound knowledge of drafting techniques and presentation skills Coordinating with the project's BIM Manager (Region) and/or Project Manager (Philippine Region) for consistency of drawing quality What will you bring to the team? Minimum of 10 years' relevant post-graduate experience in AutoCAD and Revit MEP drafting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services Advanced skills in Navisworks and associated coordination packages Ability to work independently, delivering accurate Revit models, structural details, and coordinated drawings Knowledge of Australian Building Codes & Standards Proficient in the drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP Experience with various project types such as apartments (low, mid, and high-rise), commercial office buildings (shell & core, and fit-out), hotels, shopping malls, retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities Proficiency in using software for duct sizing, pipe sizing, and HAP software is preferred Familiarity with Dynamo scripts and engineering tools under BIM software is preferred Applicants must have the right to work in the Philippines.
