Mechanical Leadman / Foreman - Davao

Reports to: Production Supervisor
Job Summary: To supervise all activities relating to the use of motors and generators of the new site
Work Location: Davao; Willing to be assigned on other areas
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday; Flexible and willing to work beyond the working hours
Salary Budget: Minimum Wage, depending on the experience/s

- At least a Graduate of High School
- Has at least 5 years of work experience in the field of motors and generators
- Knowledgeable on the use of precision measuring tools (i.e. outside micrometer, inside micrometer, bore gauge, caliper, and dial gauge)
- Has acquired a background on drafting mechanical parts
- Resourceful and critical-thinker
- Reliable and can work with minimal to no supervision
- Can easily follow instructions provided by the supervisor
- Has a good communication and interpersonal skill that can work well with others
- Fast learner and willing to be trained
