Be hired and get Employer Sponsored Visa.We are now looking for an experienced Fitter/ Operator that has extensive and broad experience in FMCG (Food Grade Manufacturing Plant).The successful candidate will have an opportunity for a sponsored visa for a long-term engagement/ contract.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain machines and specialised equipment based on the required usage for raw materials including grinding, cutting and shaping metal and other raw materials.Assembling parts and components according to specifications or technical drawings.Installing, setting guides and other controls for machinery, equipment, or structural components accurately.Perform regular maintenance on machinery, diagnosing any technical faults.Repairing and maintaining mechanical systems and components based on the instructional documentationFollow the set procedures and routines and monitor the fabrication process carefully and set adjustment as needed.Understand the forms, designs and pattern to determine the best materials and machine needed for fabricating the material needed.Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for efficient work including cutting, threading and fitting hydraulic and pneumatic lines and pipes.Ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality of assembled components.Strictly adhering to safety and health protocols based on the company standards.Qualifications5+ years of experience in FMCG Machine Operation & Maintenance fitting, preferably within manufacturing, or plant industry.Experience in FMCG or Food Grade Manufacturing environments.Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Flexible to work as both an Operator and a Fitter.Physical fit and amenable to work overtimeWhats on offer?Employer Visa SponsoredOpportunity to work and build career in AustraliaCompetitive Remuneration Package
