QUALIFICATIONSCandidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Mechanical EngineeringFresh graduates are welcome to apply.Wlling to be assigned in the Head Office (Bangkal, Makati City)RESPONSIBILITIESEstimates (Rehash) and orders DMCI supplied materials, ensures timely delivery and monitors inventory of OSM and subcontractor materialsReview plans/drawings and ensures correct implementationManages / Coordinates with Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection SubcontractorParticipates on toolbox meeting and ensures safe work practices are implementedMonitors productivity of Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection SubcontractorSecures approval of shop drawings prior to implementationChecking of As-Built plans and ensuring accuracy of submitted As-BuiltReconciles change order and closing of account with the Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection contractorBilling evaluation of Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection contractor
