Job Description Job Summary: As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet project requirements and industry standards. Designing and analyzing mechanical systems and components using CAD software and simulation tools.Conducting feasibility studies and technical evaluations to support project planning and decision-making.Developing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.Providing technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to production.Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to source components and materials and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.Participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.RequirementsRequirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in mechanical design and analysis, preferably in water treatment, wastewater treatment, food and beverage or process industries.Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor software and finite element analysis (FEA) tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complete requirements into practical engineering solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.A proactive mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning. Additional Job Details: Set-up and Location: Office-based (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu) Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time) Employment Type: Full-time All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
