We seek a passionate and talented Measurement and Reporting Architect Associate Manager to join our growing team!

About the Role:
As a Measurement and Reporting Architect Associate Manager, you are responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, designing, tracking, reporting, and analyzing key organizational and operational reports. This position coordinates across client and internal teams to provide metrics and reporting to support the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and nurture rapport with clients that is conducive to a long-term business relationshipManage the performance of assigned functional areas and personnel through metrics that address
quantitative, qualitative, and fiscal key performance indicators (KPI's) as well as personnel productivity
Drive efficiency with accuracy in reportingContinually offer input to innovate processes, systems, organization, and cultureDevelop effective relationships with key executives and managers to gain/maintain a deep understanding of projects, client activities and business prioritiesProvide leadership and assume responsibility for key support services including, but not limited to contact center support, training, procurement support services, and production support servicesPrioritize and manage multiple complex projects within time, technical, and resource constraintsProvide written documentation to appropriate team members and clients addressing each facet of
implementation for every project, including an overall rollout plan, timelines, and project assignments

Provide advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting, and system consultation to clientsCoordinate client resources and assign project tasksProactively identify and orchestrate prompt resolution of internal and client issuesManage the development, creation and distribution of all operational and fiscal business reporting – both internal and client facing SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: At least 7 to 8 years of relevant work experience; 5 years of supervisory experienceWith project management experiencePowerBI only (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, ETL not required)Advanced Excel (working experience in VBA and Macro to automate reports)Reporting experience in a BPO company is required.Very good in stakeholder management.Has problem-solving skills.
