Job DescriptionProject Management
DescriptionResearch, develop, and test materials used in various applications, such as metals, plastics, ceramics, and composites.Analyze material properties and performance to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate materials under different conditions and recommend improvements or alternatives.Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation of findings and recommendations for stakeholders.Investigate material failures and provide solutions to improve product performance and longevity.Ensure that materials used in projects meet regulatory and safety standards.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Relevant experience in materials research, testing, or engineering (internships or co-op positions included).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in material characterization techniques (e.g., microscopy, spectroscopy).Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.We preferably Cebu Applicant.Working LocationEmployee Recognition and RewardsEquity Incentive Plan
