Responsibilities:
Actively research office, retail, and industrial property listings that align with the specific requirements of leasing associates.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with property owners and landlords to facilitate leasing agreements.
Establish, update, and optimize comprehensive property listings within the database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Facilitate the acquisition and organization of essential documents and floor plans, streamlining the leasing process for associates
Expertly coordinate and schedule site inspections for leasing associates and their clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Engage in proactive cold calling and conduct on-the-ground fieldwork to identify potential leasing opportunities and cultivate leads.
Provide vital administrative support to the brokerage department, contributing to its overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Candidates with little to no prior experience in the real estate industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
Demonstrates a high level of trainability and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Reside within Cebu City or be willing to relocate or travel as needed to meet the role's location requirements.
