Works with Platform Consultant, Website Pages Owners, Local and Group IT Support, and Website Vendors to manage and maintain www.aia.com.ph and www.bpi-aia.com.ph.2. Report Coordinationa. Documentation and monitoring of website tasks and projects.b. Monitoring of website health and performance.3. Implementationa. Perform duties and responsibilities to manage the AIA PH website efficiently.b. Liaise with website developers and support teams for all issues and maintenance requests.c. Liaise with AIA PH stakeholders.d. Perform Ad Hoc items as required by the role4. Campaign Support a. Keeping up to date with digital marketing and website trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.b. Research website best practices and trends to make sure website performance is within industry standards.5. Issue Resolutiona. Daily testing of website functionalities.b. Documentation and escalation of risk incidents involving AIA PH and BPI AIA websites.
