Marketing/Website Specialist

Work Set Up: Hybrid (2 days work from home and 3 days onsite)
Educational: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Related Field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome, at least has internship experience.

Skill
a. Excellent Computer Skills with MS Office
b. Good knowledge of various Digital Marketing platforms, social media, blogsites, email and ETC.
c. Average Understanding Digital Marketing Practices

Job Description
1. Coordination
a. Works with Platform Consultant, Website Pages Owners, Local and Group IT Support, and Website Vendors to manage and maintain www.aia.com.ph and www.bpi-aia.com.ph.

2. Report Coordination
a. Documentation and monitoring of website tasks and projects.
b. Monitoring of website health and performance.

3. Implementation
a. Perform duties and responsibilities to manage the AIA PH website efficiently.
b. Liaise with website developers and support teams for all issues and maintenance requests.
c. Liaise with AIA PH stakeholders.
d. Perform Ad Hoc items as required by the role

4. Campaign Support
a. Keeping up to date with digital marketing and website trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
b. Research website best practices and trends to make sure website performance is within industry standards.

5. Issue Resolution
a. Daily testing of website functionalities.
b. Documentation and escalation of risk incidents involving AIA PH and BPI AIA websites.
