Marketing Team Supervisor For Pawnshop/Molino Bacoor

KEY ACTIVITIES:
? Supervising the marketing team's collaboration with project heads to create marketing and sales messages
? Managing projects and overseeing the implementation of everyday tasks, such as the content of social media and assessment of marketing online and in-store campaigns
? Attending and organizing company public relations and marketing launch events for brand building and new customer lead generation
? Training and organizing the marketing and sales team members to align diverse marketing efforts and activities with the company objectives  
? Administers the collection of data and the analytical reporting to track and Identify changes in customers, competitors, and business climate and enable responsive marketing activities.
? Manage relationships and deliverables with website developers, printing shops, signage makers, delivery partners and other outsourced business partners.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Outstanding people management and communication skills, verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and tools
- Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders  
- Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events, including webinars, trade shows, and fairs
