Marketing Team Supervisor (Cavite)

KEY ACTIVITIES:? Supervising the marketing team's collaboration with project heads to createmarketing and sales messages? Managing projects and overseeing the implementation of everyday tasks, such as thecontent of social media and assessment of marketing online and in-store campaigns? Attending and organizing company public relations and marketing launch events forbrand building and new customer lead generation? Training and organizing the marketing and sales team members to align diversemarketing efforts and activities with the company objectives  ? Administers the collection of data and the analytical reporting to track and Identifychanges in customers, competitors, and business climate and enable responsivemarketing activities.? Manage relationships and deliverables with website developers, printing shops,signage makers, delivery partners and other outsourced business partners.REQUIRED SKILLS:- Outstanding people management and communication skills, verbal and written- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish- Proficiency with major social media platforms and tools- Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diversestakeholders  - Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events, including webinars, tradeshows, and fairs
