Job Overview As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the work of team members who are primarily assisting with administrative marketing tasks, providing guidance, support, and feedback, & ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and assigning tasks & ensuring the team works cohesively to achieve its objectives.
Job Responsibilities Oversee the work of (4-5) team members, provide guidance, support and feedback, and ensure that all team members meet their performance goals.Manage team bandwidth as you coordinate and assign tasks to the team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the teams objectives.Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.Complete ad-hoc tasks across entities including month-end close relevant tasks.Relay questions, recommendations, and status from the HelloConnect team to US Partnerships leaders.Conduct touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identify opportunities and progress of each team member. Job Requirements A bachelors degree in the field of business administration, communications, marketing or related fieldA minimum of 3+ years in an administrative role & 2+ years of proven team leadership experienceExcellent English Communication and Presentation skillsStrong project management and prioritization skills
