Marketing Support Staff

:

- Acts as a support to the assigned Unit; and
- Responsible for client servicing and attending to the clients of the Unit.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.
Shall assist the Marketing Manager and Account Executive in soliciting new accounts

2.
To enable the Company to meet its annual production and collection targets

by servicing assigned clients with their insurance needs

3.
To assist in the recruitment of new clients/ accounts for the Company.
3.
Shall assist the Senior Marketing Manager in overseeing the smooth operation in dealing with day-to-day requirements of accounts

4.
Shall assist in the preparation of the necessary client documentations such as insurance quotations, coordinates the issuance of the policy, collection and claims settlement of all accounts assigned

5.
Monitors renewal of policies from agents, brokers, and clients.
Makes sure that desired polices and requirements are concluded.
6.
Shall do general clerical tasks such as preparation of client correspondences, filing, attending to phone calls, among others
OTHERS
1.
Advises the Immediate Superior of any incident or any pertinent information needed that may occur for effective and proper communication.
Initially seeks advice in undertaking any appropriate action.
Responsible for any action taken without proper authority.
2.
Provides assistance and/or undertakes other assignments or special projects that maybe assigned from time to time.
