MARKETING SUPERVISOR FOR MODERN TRADE (WILCON & ACE & DIGITAL (GIGA)
About the role
Clk Supertools Depot, Inc. is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Supervisor for Modern Trade & Digital to join our team.
This is a full-time position based in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement across our modern trade and online channels.
What you'll be doing
• Help Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services across online platforms
• Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging digital content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates
• Analyse website and social media analytics to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as e-commerce and sales, to align marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of campaigns
What we're looking for
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement across modern trade and e-commerce channels
• Proficiency in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, content marketing, and search engine optimisation
• Excellent analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret website and social media analytics to optimise marketing strategies
• Strong project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals
• Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and the ability to stay ahead of industry changes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
