Key Responsibilities
1.
Corporate Marketing:

-Develop and implement corporate marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and reputation.
-Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2.
Event Planning and Management:

-Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
-Manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution.
-Evaluate event performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
3.
Product Launches:

-Develop and manage comprehensive product launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and communication strategies.
-Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
-Analyze post-launch performance and provide actionable insights.
4.
Marketing Campaigns:

-Design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
-Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
-Track campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
5.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:

-Supervise and guide marketing team members to achieve department objectives.
-Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
-Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
6.
Budget Management:

-Prepare and manage marketing budgets for events, campaigns, and projects.
-Ensure all marketing activities remain within budgetary constraints.
7.
Reporting and Analytics:

-Prepare reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI analysis.
-Use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate marketing, event planning, and product launching.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and events.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, social media, email marketing, analytics).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
