Key Responsibilities:

Market Research
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging customer needs, market trends, and industry shifts.
- Analyze competitors' marketing strategies to uncover insights that can enhance our marketing efforts.
- Use research findings to inform the creation and refinement of marketing strategies tailored to the FMCG sector.

Campaign Development
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, advertising, product launches, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that campaigns are aligned with the company's overall objectives and customer preferences.
- Innovate and bring creative solutions to marketing challenges to ensure a competitive edge in the FMCG market.

Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, including ROI and other critical marketing data.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and continuous improvement.

Digital Marketing & PR
- Leverage your expertise in digital marketing to develop targeted online strategies that engage consumers and boost brand visibility.
- Maintain and grow relationships with PR media contacts to secure coverage for marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Prioritize creativity in all marketing approaches, ensuring that campaigns are not only effective but also innovative and engaging.

FMCG Industry Focus
- Apply your extensive experience working within the FMCG sector to tailor marketing strategies to industry-specific demands and consumer behaviors.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the FMCG industry to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a focus on FMCG.
Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and advertising.
Strong PR network and experience managing media relations.
Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Experience:
Working experience in the FMCG sector is a priority.
Proven track record of creating and managing successful marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with various marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, etc.).
Experience in ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok)
