Marketing Supervisor

Description :

-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

-Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

-Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.

-Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and manage product positioning and messaging.

-Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

-Build and nurture relationships with media partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders to amplify brand visibility and reach.

-Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including website content, advertising materials, and promotional assets.

-Lead the marketing team in brainstorming creative ideas, testing new approaches, and driving innovation in marketing initiatives.

-Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.



Requirement :

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;

At least 2-3 years of experience in brand management.

-Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.

-Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

-Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design and storytelling.
