Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and manage product positioning and messaging.
Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Build and nurture relationships with media partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders to amplify brand visibility and reach.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including website content, advertising materials, and promotional assets.
Lead the marketing team in brainstorming creative ideas, testing new approaches, and driving innovation in marketing initiatives.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
At least 2-3 years of experience in brand management.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design and storytelling.
