Marketing Supervisor

-Looks for future clients for the agency and training school (Shall meet the target quantity of guards per year).-Prepares price quotation and adjustment letter to customer.-Prepares and updates the Service Contract.-Monitors and updates contract rates of all clients based on the newly implemented Wage Order by region thru wage adjustment campaign letter.-Prepares presentation materials and other info collaterals.-Attends the client's concerns and requirements.-Prepares documents required for a project under bidding.-Prepares costings and proposals for respective clients.-Provides assistance to other departments for marketing related concerns.-Coordinates with the Operations Department for deployment of security personnel and its requirements for newly acquired clients.-Maintains and updates database of existing and possible clients.-Secure clearances and accreditation form PEZA, PHILGEPS, Ayala, BIR, and other pertinent requirements for security bidding.-Prepares Sales and Marketing Report (Weekly Accomplishment Report, Monthly Report and Annual Report of Existing Clients, Prospective Clients, Newly Acquired Clients and Terminated Clients).-Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications:-Preferably BSBA in Marketing Management or related courses-With at least (3) three years experience in the field of Marketing and Sales.-With experience in preparing bidding documents and attending bidding conferences.-Preferably can drive Manual Transmission
