Responsibilities: Supporting the marketing and communications manager and marketing team with project organization.Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.Conducting market research and analysing marketing surveys.Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.Composing and posting online content for the company's social media page and website.Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.Building strong relationships with customers.Public Relations & CommunicationWorks to improve the image of an organization and to increase the brand's presence.Assist in the creation of marketing materials that will enhance the public image of the company and increase sales at the same time.Aids in partnering with influencers on all brands. Maintains current and acquires new brand partners.Assists in sustaining rapport with key accounts and partners by making periodic visits.Helps represent the company in business associations and industry-related pertinent events.Corporate Planning and Deliverables MonitoringAssists in participating in strategic and operational planning activities of the company.Prepares, submits, and presents reports relative to the development of plans and assessment of departmental output at any given time.
