Job descriptionResponsibilities:- Supporting the marketing and communications manager and marketing team with project organization.- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.- Conducting market research and analysing marketing surveys.- Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.- Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.- Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.- Composing and posting online content for the company's social media page and website.- Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.- Building strong relationships with customers.- Public Relations & Communication- Works to improve the image of an organization and to increase the brand's presence.-Assist in the creation of marketing materials that will enhance the public image of the company and increase sales at the same time.- Aids in partnering with influencers on all brands. Maintains current and acquires new brand partners.- Assists in sustaining rapport with key accounts and partners by making periodic visits.- Helps represent the company in business associations and industry-related pertinent events.- Corporate Planning and Deliverables Monitoring- Assists in participating in strategic and operational planning activities of the company.- Prepares, submits, and presents reports relative to the development of plans and assessment of departmental output at any given time.
