Responsibilities:

- Supporting the marketing and communications manager and marketing team with project organization.
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.
- Conducting market research and analysing marketing surveys.
- Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
- Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.
- Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events.
- Composing and posting online content for the company's social media page and website.
- Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.
- Building strong relationships with customers.
- Public Relations & Communication

- Works to improve the image of an organization and to increase the brand's presence.
-Assist in the creation of marketing materials that will enhance the public image of the company and increase sales at the same time.
- Aids in partnering with influencers on all brands. Maintains current and acquires new brand partners.
- Assists in sustaining rapport with key accounts and partners by making periodic visits.
- Helps represent the company in business associations and industry-related pertinent events.
- Corporate Planning and Deliverables Monitoring

- Assists in participating in strategic and operational planning activities of the company.
- Prepares, submits, and presents reports relative to the development of plans and assessment of departmental output at any given time.
