About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Staff to join our team at JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS,INC.'
in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
What you'll be doing

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing activities
Conduct market research and gather data to help inform our marketing strategies
Provide support in the coordination and organization of marketing events and promotions
Maintain and update our marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and website content
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives
Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the property or real estate industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information
Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to develop new marketing ideas
A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
