JOB OVERVIEW**

The position is responsible in assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of Sales and Marketing Department.
**B.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Provides support to the Marketing Department
- Create reports for Marketing Programs
- Organize and Manage Marketing Collateral
- Sort, Prepare and Process incoming and outgoing mail for both LBU and VMBU
- Process all CA's Liquidation
- Communicate and answer Sales Force Concerns
- Explain or Disseminate information to the Sales Personnel in regards of the Marketing Programs
- Maintain office supplies from ordering to inventory
- Assist and participate with Marketing Department Programs
- Gathering of data for the enrollment and availments
- Tracking all CA's and Liquidation
- Filing and securing all documents and perform office operation
- Perform other task may assigned from time to time

**C. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Medical Science, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- No work experience required.
- Amiable, good communicator with high level interpersonal skills
- Results driven, can meet the demands of a highly challenging and dynamic work environment
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Skills in database management and record keeping
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Effective organizational skills
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully
- Demonstrates sound work ethics

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
