Job descriptionJob SummaryWe are looking for a Marketing Associate to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities.Ultimately, you should help us achieve our business goals by building strong marketing campaigns.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothlyConduct market research to identify new opportunitiesGather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)Create reports on marketing and sales metrics.Assist with organizing marketing and promotional eventsCoordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaignsAble to conceptualize, implement and support eventsPrepare regular sales forecasting reportsRequirements:Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar roleExcellent written communication, presentation, and copywriting skillsKnowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques( Canva, Photoshop and etc.) a plusBONUS: Knows E-COMMERCE Platform(Shopee and Lazada)Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns/Email MarketingSolid computer skills, including MS Excel, web marketing toolsStrong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitudeBS degree in Marketing or relevant fieldFresh Graduate are welcome to apply
